Annual General Meeting

To all CCC current and recent members and supporters,

THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of Cottenham Community Centre will be held at 7.45pm on Wednesday 20th January 2021 by way of a Zoom conference call. The following business will be conducted:

AGENDA
* To approve holding this meeting by way of Zoom link and to receive votes on the Agenda items by email or personal or postal delivery as may be appropriate
* To approve the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting held on the 21st March 2019 (copy attached)
* To approve the Accounts for the year ended 31st December 2019 (available on website: http://www.cottenhamcc.org/charity/ and delivered to members by email/post, 5th July 2020)
* To appoint a committee of Trustees to serve from today until the next Annual General Meeting
* To appoint a Chair
* To appoint a Secretary
* To appoint a Treasurer.

Time: Jan 20th, 2021, join from 7.30pm for a 7.45pm start
