Anyone can do yoga, you don’t have to be flexible, you don’t have to be strong, you don’t have to be sporty (but if you are it will help increase flexibility and reduce the risk of injury) – come along to a class and find out for yourself. Mondays from 4 – 5pm, starting 6th June 2016.
