The Telegraph Street and Firs House Patients Group in partnership with Cottenham Community Centre presents GET STEADY – a falls awareness event.
It will take place at the Cottenham Community Centre on Wednesday 12th September at 3.00p.m. Doors open for refreshments from 2.30p.m.

• Hear about the many simple things that can reduce the risk of falls and fractures
• Find out what support is available in the area.
• Meet old and make new friends over a cup of tea or coffee…and freshly baked scones and cake!
