Cottenham Community Centre Notice
THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of Cottenham Community Centre will be held at 7:30pm on Thursday the 9th February 2012 at Cottenham Community Centre, High Street, Cottenham, Cambridge at which the following business will be conducted.
AGENDA
1. Apologies for absence.
2. To approve the Minutes of the General Meeting held on the 3rd February 2011.
3. To receive the Chairman’s Report.
4. To receive the Treasurer’s Report and to approve the Accounts for the year ended 31st December 2011. (At their meeting held on the 19th January 2012 the Trustees considered the accounts and recommended that they be accepted at the Annual General Meeting).
5. To appoint a Committee of Trustees to serve from today until the next Annual General Meeting.
6. To appoint a Chair.
7. To appoint a Secretary.
8. To appoint a Treasurer.
